Training can be tough, but you’re not alone! Your assessor will be working alongside you, at your pace, to help you every step of the way. If needed, you may also be eligible for additional support from our specialist support team at certain stages of your childcare qualification.
We’re committed to 100% learner satisfaction and provide a number of communication channels to help maintain this.
Support and advice is always available through your assessor or our friendly training advisers. We’ve also opened a Facebook page as a community for learners to seek advice and obtain valuable resources.
